I began practicing law in 2001 and have owned my own firm since 2014. I take a collaborative approach to representation, giving sound advice based on my years of experience while still adhering to each client’s needs and desired outcome.

My passion for justice stems from my drive to help people who are in tough situations. I work hard to thoroughly analyze every case so that I can advocate with impact for my personal injury, bankruptcy and criminal defense clients.

Along with more than 20 years of representing personal injury victims, I bring 14 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney. I know the methods insurance companies use to compromise a case and push people to settle for less than they are entitled to, and I know what it can take to get them to the negotiating table.

I was born and raised in the Willamette Valley, and Albany is my hometown. Most people here know me from my bus advertisements on the Albany Transit System. I represent people in Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Eugene, Lebanon and throughout Linn and Benton counties.
